The 90-minute match-up is scheduled to take place in Salem during the annual Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association convention, where a panel of five newspaper editors, publishers and reporters will quiz Democratic Gov. John Kitzhaber and Rep. Dennis Richardson, R-Central Point.
