The discussion by the commissioners was a bit contentious and very interesting. Commissioner's Schrader and Bernard were frighteningly out of touch with reality. Can't wait to post the audio.
Schrader thinks the Constitution is a "living document." So to her the rules just keep changing. Correct me if I am wrong, isn't that why we have a constitution? So the rules DON'T keep changing?
