Oral arguments begin Wednesday in the lawsuit to determine just how broadly Multnomah County leaders can apply the gun control ordinance they passed last year. Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Kathleen Dailey is scheduled to hear from lawyers representing the county and five plaintiffs who are suing the county, claiming the ordinance shouldn’t apply within city limits. The trial begins at 9: 30 a.m. in room 716 of the Multnomah County Courthouse, 1021 S.W. 4th Ave.
