Missouri isn't the only state backing out of Common Core, as the Oklahoma Supreme Court upholds the state legislature's decision to remove the state from the federally funded program. This is another victory for parental rights.

Parental Rights Amendment Returns to the U.S. Senate June 9th

The Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (PRA), which would preserve the longstanding traditional right of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children, has again been introduced in the U.S. Senate. Senate Joint Resolution 37 (SJRes. 37) was introduced on Wednesday by South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham to propose the amendment for consideration. Please take a moment to call your senators and ask them to cosponsor SJRes. 37, the Parental Rights Amendment. Keep Calling for Parental Rights!!

Last week we asked you to call your congressman and encourage him or her to support the Parental Rights Amendment by becoming a cosponsor of HJRes. 50. But the House is scheduled to launch a two-week spring recess on Friday. So for the next two days we need to redouble our efforts. Please take a moment and call your congressman again, urging support for HJRes. 50, the Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
