Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC)

Here's a picture taken yesterday of some prime Deschutes County land that the State of Oregon designates as "agricultural land." There are millions of acres of land in Eastern Oregon that look just like this. Counties should have the freedom to make their own choices about how to designate these areas.
