The Ultra Sonic IPA incorporates a couple of new hops from the new 2013 crop. Horizons and Ultra hops were used in abundance to create a floral and hoppy presence in this IPA. A mild malt body exists; yet it is the hops that tend to take the lead with this brew. A mellow finish to the drink allows a piney touch of bitterness but doesn’t linger too long. An IPA for those looking for an Ultra Hop experience.
