Talked with Former Rep. Jane Lokan (R-HD41) she originally secured funding to create the Sabin-Schellenberg Tech. Education Center in North Clackamas School District. Sabin is a great example of an efficient delivery model for career and technical education. College isn't the right path for every kid, it wasn't in my family, that is why Rep. Lokan sponsored Bills for millions in new grants specifically targeted at career and technical ed. programs all across the state.
